District 17
Jerry Fleming peanutcat@aol.com	Jerry Fleming, Los Alamos, New Mexico of District 17 is the D17 District Director and current ACBL President, former Western Conference and District 17 President, and former ACBL Treasurer. Jerry has been very influential in holding the line on all issues of importance to survival of the conference. He’s a strong supporter of the Contract Bridge Forum and a great asset to his district, the Western Conference, and now the American Contract Bridge League as president. John Van Ness jvanness@rof.net	John Van Ness, Aspen (Carbondale), Colorado of District 17, is the past Western Conference president. John is an attorney and also current president of District 17. For years John has been recognized one of the strongest men in the conference after observing him constantly watching over his own District 17 and ours. His columns in the D17 ScoreCard edition of the Forum ("A Rocky Mountain Hi!") can be read online at ContractBridgeForum.com and are always insights into our tournaments, our membership, and the Western Conference bridge atmosphere.
District 21
Marion Robertson MRobertson@msn.com	Western Conference President Marion Robertson, San Francisco, California of District 21, is the newly elected 2009 President of the Western Conference. During Marion’s tenure on the board we’ve made great strides in increased attendance at all conference functions - our regionals and our three annual Great Western STACs. Marion, an attorney in the bay area of California, is a former president of District 21, and was a chairman of the very successful 2007 San Francisco Fall North American Bridge Championships.
Bruce Blakely bruceblakely@earthlink.net	Bruce W. Blakely, San Rafael, California of District 21, is the National Board Representative for D21. He is a practicing attorney and has been very active in bridge administration. He has been a vice-president and president of the Marin Unit, vice-president and president of District 21, and a member of the D21 Executive Committee for eight years. Bruce was the Tournament Chairman of the very successful Fall 2007 San Francisco North American Bridge Championships, and is a regular contributor to the Contract Bridge Forum.
District 22
Ken Monzingo kenm@kenmonzingo.com	Ken Monzingo, San Diego, California of District 22, is the District Director and National Board Representative for D22. Ken has been the publisher of Contract Bridge Forum for more than a quarter century. He was chairman of the huge Las Vegas Summer 2008 NABC, is also chairman of the Fall 2009 San Diego NABC, is a lifetime member of the Goodwill Committee, and was selected as ACBL volunteer of the year in 2007. Ken is a former D22 regional tournament chairman and hosts an annual seminar on tournament management.
Teri Atkinson teriatk@sbcglobal.net	Teri Atkinson, Bakersfield, California of District 22, is the president of District 22. She is also chairman of the Ventura, California Regional, a member of the ACBL Board of Governors representing D22, a lifetime member of the league's Goodwill Committee, and a member of the D22 Tournament Committee. During her terms on the District 22 board, Teri has been responsible for presenting terrific education programs at D22 regionals and continues to offer professional programs such as the Audrey Grant teaching seminars.
